Google Chrome vs Windows vs Mac

Question:
I was wondering what is your take on Google Chrome OS and how will it affect video production as well as Dawah in general.
Im just thinking that all of these software that was made through the last few years will not work on this new platform so wed have to redefine all the work that we have been doing since this is truly a reinvention of the wheel.
