I agree with you, but responding to all feeds, or etc… isn’t waste of time…. I see actually disaster of social media that affects people especially youths… sitting long time, wating time, … i see even some students at my class who replying, posting, DISAGREE at facebook, twitter…. hmmm… the use of social media is a huge problem… i am sceptically …. .

The point is to engage people with genuine care and interest in the individual like you want to really get to know and benefit the individual.

Don’t worry about others and how they waste time. Focus on how you spend your time.

If you find that someone has a beneficial passion, point them in the direction of increasing their leadership potential to benefit more people :)

    My Qs:

How do you carry a convo with someone who just drives everything to a dead end? It’s not because they are not interested, just that they aren’t that socially active.

  4. AlBaraa says:

It’s my assumption that the individual that drives the convo to a dead end prob doesnt have an interest in the conversation topic or isnt willing to carry a discussion forward that could lead to a fruitful relationship.

Everyone has an interest or passion in something. Something that they can talk hrs and hrs about. Not everyone will be interested in the convo topic youre trying to engage them in. Thats okay. Move on to the next person :-)
